What the planner collects

When you submit a quote request, FlyVerto stores the contact and company details, campaign preferences, dates, message, notes, consent, and any resized artwork preview you provide. The referral source and campaign tags in the link may also be recorded. A hashed request-source identifier is used to limit repeated submissions.

Why we use it

These details are used to review your campaign and contact you about availability, creative, scope, and pricing. A quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter. Relevant campaign details may need to be shared with prospective flight or production suppliers to obtain a quote.

If you add a mailing address, it is used only to send you a card about your request, and it is deleted on request the same way as the rest of your details.

Where drafts and requests live

Campaign draft fields are saved in your browser. Contact fields and uploaded artwork are not saved in that browser draft. Submitted requests and resized artwork previews are stored in the hosted service and are accessible through an owner-protected review queue. The planner does not collect payment card details.

Corrections and deletion

Email hello@flyverto.com with your request reference. Do not include sensitive personal information in campaign notes.

Hosting

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes the technical data needed to serve it. Page views are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers. No advertising tracker has been added to this planner.
